What Sets Cacaodore Apart

Cacaodore is a contemporary expression of chocolate craftsmanship shaped by Indian tradition, a unique blend that has rarely been attempted.

Each piece individually handcrafted, bringing together the depth of a velvety, orange-scented 55% dark chocolate ganache, the crisp caramelized bite of almond nut praline, and the familiar, grounding elegance of traditional kaju katli. This three-tiered architecture forms a flavour profile that is indulgent yet beautifully composed. Rather than relying on printed embellishments, the design is rooted in pure culinary artistry—each substantial 5x5cm block is adorned with a striking diagonal sweep of 24-carat edible gold leaf and crowned with a single, jewel-like apricot slice, providing a bright, tart contrast to the rich cocoa.

Assembled with quiet precision, every creation is singular by nature. Because each of the eight generous 80-gram pieces is layered, cut, and gilded entirely by hand, no two blocks are exactly alike. They are not designed to be mass-produced, stocked on a shelf, or seamlessly replicated; they exist as a bespoke, hand-finished statement crafted exclusively for the person receiving them.

Each collection arrives gift-ready, presented in a vibrant Moroccan-inspired box, deliberately chosen over muted or matte tones and designed to celebrate contrast, character, and opulent expression. Completed with a rich red ribbon edged in gold, the presentation feels ceremonial, substantial, and unmistakably premium from the moment it is revealed.
